Grade definitions:
- A: 최우선 — AE가 즉시 집중 투입. Strategic Annual ($60K+) 후보.
- B: 고가치 — 적극 추진. Core Annual ($24K-60K) 후보.
- C: 중간 — 표준 추진. Entry Annual ($12K-18K) 후보.
- D: 낮음 — 선별적 대응. Seed Annual ($5K-8K) 또는 미달.

2단계 판정:

1단계 — 규모 기준으로 잠정 등급 결정
세그먼트별 규모 기준(매출, 컨테이너 수, 취급고 등)에 따라 A/B/C/D를 부여한다.

2단계 — Negative signal이 있으면 1단계 하향
아래 negative signal 중 하나라도 dossier/대화에서 확인되면 잠정 등급을 1단계 낮춘다.
(예: 규모 기준 A → negative signal 발견 → 최종 B)

Negative signals:
- 자체 소싱/트레이딩 시스템을 이미 구축하여 외부 플랫폼 필요도가 낮음
- 최근 경쟁 플랫폼(Tridge 경쟁사) 도입 이력이 확인됨
- 사업 축소, 구조조정, 또는 해당 사업부 철수 진행 중
- 해당 서비스 영역(인텔리전스/소싱/수출)에 대한 니즈가 명시적으로 없음

규칙:
- Negative signal이 불확실하면 하향하지 않는다 (규모 기준 그대로 유지)
- 복수의 negative signal이 있어도 최대 1단계만 하향한다
- D등급은 하향 없음 (최저 등급)
