Buyer Enrichment Failure Reconciliation
Preview and backfill legacy buyer enrichment failures whose runtime metadata never made it into `discovered_buyers`. This keeps the canonical DB status unchanged while restoring operator-visible diagnostics from `agent_runs`.
What this repairs
- Backfills `last_error`, `last_agent_run_id`, `failed_at`, and `next_retry_at` for blank-metadata failed rows
- Leaves unmatched legacy rows untouched so the UI can still classify them as `legacy_failed`
- Does not rerun enrichment or delete any successful snapshot
Readiness Recompute All
Readiness 채점 규칙 변경 후 모든 product offering의 `commercial_readiness_profiles` 스냅샷을 일괄 재계산합니다 (CA/USP 제거 → shelf life/storage 채점 전환). Activation은 단방향 게이트라 기활성 offering은 영향을 받지 않습니다.
Buyer Discovery Resume From Scored Results
Rebuild the scored pool from historical scorer runs when needed, restage candidate rows, and continue final qualification/contact profiling without rerunning buyer scorer.
Buyer Development Sample E2E Data
Materialize the canonical English sample dataset used to verify Seller Accounts, Campaigns, Leads, Deals, and one execution-ready chain on the production branch.
Script: buyer_development_sample_e2e_data.sql. The dataset is idempotent and only targets fixed sample IDs.

Rebuild the fixed DH Flour local migration dataset as a North America-first overseas new-market discovery workspace with two actual DH lines, two K-food demo categories, and operator-visible campaign states for admin verification.
Script: dhflour_local_seed.sql. Execute deletes the fixed DH Flour fixture IDs and recreates them inside one transaction.

- 1 seller account for 대한제분 framed around overseas new-market discovery, with North America as the primary focus
